Who you are contracting with

Rutivio is provided by Rutivio App ("Rutivio", "we", "us"). By using Rutivio, you are entering into an agreement with Rutivio App.

Acceptance of terms

By using Rutivio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Description of service

Rutivio is a habit and routine tracker that lets you create routines, mark completions, track streaks, view history, and optionally use AI coaching and cloud sync. The app is provided "as is" and may change as we add or remove features.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rutivio. If you sign in with email or a social provider, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Free and premium features

Rutivio offers a free tier supported by optional ads. A Rutivio Premium subscription removes ads and unlocks additional features such as AI coaching, unlimited routines, and detailed analytics. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing section in Settings or through the Paddle customer portal.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

User content

You retain ownership of any routine names, goals, and other content you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for you. Do not enter illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not interfere with the app's infrastructure or security.
• Do not use the app to distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the app without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time. Data deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

Rutivio is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $0 if you used the free tier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the app owner is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
